Primetime Draven attack sound.

So Riot decided to change Primetime Draven's Q hitsound. It sounds like a horrible splash sound, which is really annoying to listen to.

Why would Riot change the Q hitsound to the most annoying sound there is for a draven skin right now? I bought the skin mainly for the Q sound, but now it's more annoying than Pool Party Draven (which everyone hates because of the AA sound). I would rather listen to the original skin AA sound than the current one on Primetime Draven. So I'm asking if it would be possible to change the sound to something better? I've asked people in-game and everyone says it horrible right now.
