based on the info i have he is very very old and very big , and freljordian looks at him and his siblings as gods.

What if he's a Voidborn? Most of the Voidborn actually have Shuriman names, but since there's supposed to be void portals in the Frejljord too, what if he's a Voidborn with a Freljord name?

Nasus and Renekton were humans before they became ascended. And they live in shurima which is likely far away from the freljord(then again,Ornn seems to be ancient,so who knows where he was born).

Anyway I am pretty sure that Ornn isn't related to them,he might be a watcher or a nature spirit(similar to Anivia)
