Kennen could use a VU or MTU

I feel since Kennen is the only pure lighting/electricity champ, Riot has a lot of opportunity with him. His lore could also use some work. Right now it has him literally running out of the womb and then joining the Kinkou because he was fast. No mention of electricity or lightning whatsoever. I know Kennen probably won't get anything before Shen or Akali because he's kind of the third wheel in that relationship, but thinking of what Kennen could be is pretty cool.
