Just a thought that I found interesting! I guess the same could be said about Academy to Star Guardian Ahri, but I don't know for sure if those are in the same universes. [sg-ahri-2]
EDIT: I'm afraid I misspoke my question. I know about the multiple skin universes, my query was if Ahri was the first single champ to have two skins telling a story in the same universe.

Its the first time a champion is featured in the same skin line twice (which honestly somewhat bothers me). Otherwise no, A ton of skinlines cross over, most prominently being Pulsefire Ezreal, who crosses over which nearly every other skin line.
Pulsefire, Project, Battlecast and Program would like to have a word with you.
( I think this is the biggest skinline of all others. )
Other honorable mentions can include:
Odyssey - Has Dark Star, and is a parallel universe to the normal "human" universe. ( Star Guardian is a TV show to them, also actively adding Super Galaxy, News Trio ( Primetime Draven, Forecast Janna, Dunkmaster Darius. ) and K/DA + Popstar into the mix. )
April Fools universe - Where most of the champions get along and live human lives. In the back splash art of Birdio and Sivir's you can see Annie.
The Snowdown Toys universe - Ragdoll Poppy and such will fall in with Dino Gnar and Super Kennen. Along with this, Pug'Maw, going into the April Fools universe.
