I remember someone mentioning that there will be one more champion coming up before Warwick's VGU, and I just want to know how soon it'll come and what can we expect from it? Haven't seen any significant teasers for the final champion of 2016 so far.
Current plan is still a new champion before the Warwick update yeah. Teasers and details are things the new champion team will be doing as usual when the time's right for those.
I guess it'd be likely for the next champ to come out in december. We pretty much had one new champion or rework every month this year January-We've got Shen and Jhin Febuary-Nothing,though we got 2 things during January March-Aurelion Sol April-Taric rework May-Mage-update&Taliyah June-Had nothing,but the may had 2 things to make up for that July-Ryze update August-Kled Septmber-Yorick rework October-Ivern November-Assassin rework
So it looks like there is a good chance that we'll get at least something during december.

2017 is still 50 days approx away? Season 6 just ended, Assassin reworks are live, Plants are live, new alistar is live. new Queue is live, Elemental Lux is live.
Give them a break. Between now and 2017 should will be plenty of time for them to release a new champion...maybe.
