Rek'sai was released in late 2014 and only one skin has been added which was for the summer event. I'm one of the rare Rek'sai mains and it just seems sad that such a cool concept as Rek'sai, has not been capitalized by Riot. Think of the particles and ideas that could be created with the unique character known as Rek'sai.
Just imagine a Dark Star Rek'Sai. It would be gorgeous.
Hey man I hear you. Maybe I’m replying to this late but idc because this needs to be addressed. Riot cares if they make money or not, and because Rek’Sai is not a popular champ, riot doesn’t want to make a skin because they won’t be rolling in much dough. She is still played in LCS and stuff like that so I mean she’s still semi popular but a skin could definitely add to her overall popularity. As far as skin ideas go, unfortunately I do not think a sand theme is in order, unless it’s a skin that riot may try to relate to her lore, where she is a quite literal sand shark. In my opinion, Rek’Sai needs something more related to what she is, as she already has a more silly skin, and a more robotic/red themed skin, so she needs something maybe a bit more formal, so something like Iron Guard Rek’Sai or Vanguard Rek’Sai. I feel like this would show a different side to Rek’Sai because all that we’ve seen of her is a ruthless monster. I think it would be cool if she was protecting something, and given a skin that shows she has reason to kill.
That’s just my very long list of thoughts, and go ahead and downvote because hey! What do I know about riot and rek sai skins?
