Fix K/DA Ahri's Tails

I think Prestige Ahri's tails should be similar to the way prestige Akali's weapon's looked. The blue iridescent sheen that they have suits Ahri's tails much better than the current yellow color. I made a super quick edit and I'm sure riot would make it look even better if they actually changed it.
