Ryze Skins Have No Particle Changes

Hey all, So I got Professor Ryze as a legacy skin today in a hextech, and was super hyped cause I really like Ryze. However, I looked it up and saw that it had no particle changes, and it got my wondering why to my knowledge, no Ryze skin has particle changes at all . Wondering why that is, for example with professor the q can be a book, trap some room like thing (doesnt have to be fancy) and the e papers that float between targets, while ult gets him red or something and he screams "F" and goes ape. Any thoughts are great, just a suggestion.
