Vel'Koz Visual Update

For the people who play Velkoz you might feel the same way that i do. Vel'Koz's splash is cool, intimidating, and menacing. But, when you get in game with him, his color pallet is so ugly, and to me, it ruins the look of the basic skin completely. Vel is becoming one of the older champions, and was one of the last to see the old summoners rift. I think its time for that 2018 Vel'koz visual update.

His current state is fine, especially when you consider other champions

I actually adore his model- I think it's perfectly up to date, as well as making him look menacing.

His and Rek'Sai's are actually my favorite visuals amongst the Void-related folks- Both look awesome in their own way and give that alien Void-feel along with it wonderfully matching the League art style, while still being thematically-strong and intimidating.

If even 2014 champions need model update then there's something seriously wrong with the game's design lol, its already messed up to a point where some champion need 2 visual updates or others like aatrox who don't need are being changed but that would make it beyond ridiculous
