Report the Game Itself for Negative Attitude

So, I'd like to report the game itself for negative attitude.

Specifically, the mocking little voice that got added in ARAM. What were people thinking with this? Not bad enough that your fellow players feel bad about a bad game, and tensions are high, but then this disembodied guy comes on and says, "Awwww, did your little tower fall down?"

What the hell, Riot? You think that people losing a game need to hear that garbage?
