Player custom voices

Why in the absolute shit did Riot get rid of the ability for players to change the voice announcers for League? I LOVE my qtpie voice pack, it DOESNT offer me an advantage, it does increase my happiness when playing the game, so WHY is the ability to have fun being REMOVED?!

I was directed to make a post somewhere on the boards by Rioter after making a ticket for it. I hope i posted this in the right place.
