Deep Terror Gangplank

I know he just a few months ago got Dreadnova , but this needs to happen. I can think of so much that can be done to make a skin like this and possibly make it a legendary skin. The design would look fantastic if done right, can give him all new animations and sounds and it just makes me sooooo excited
