Which artist that made the corki splash? @Riot Art Team

Good day, I have this friend that has been giving other friends in our group professionaly framed prints and originals of artwork from various games. We would very much like to do the same for him, and one of the options we have come up with is Corki, as he is a dedicated corki main. Unfortunatly we have been unable to find the name of the artist that did the splash art for him, although we have found other splash arts. Would you be able to tell us who the artist was, and if it is someone in house would you be willin to sell either prints, originals, or concept sketches to us?
