Talon, and his outdated Lore

Long story short, Talon's lore and general theme are feeling outdated.

With the re-release of Swain and his update, a lot of things have changed. The House Du Couteau, for some reason, didn't mention Talon, despite his "adoption".

Marcus Du Couteau, the man Talon is (or was.) looking for, is dead, with Katarina's lore update.

So, is Talon still "looking" for him, or is there some updating that needs to be done?
