yes, normally when the harrowing event is back, all (from ALL the past seasons) the previous harrowing skins will be available for purchase with RP. Personally I am looking out for:

-Bewitching Tristana -Pumpkinhead Fiddlesticks -Slayer Jinx -Reaper Soraka -Zombie Nunu Edit: -Headless Hecarim
