Why Dunkmaster Ivern and not Zilean/Syndra?
They both throw orbs around and would have been a superb choice for a Dunkmaster skin. If Dunkmaster Zilean isn't being worked on I don't even know what's going on there.

Since Zilean is up for a rework in the coming future and his skin this year will probably be his last before he gets it, they probably don't want to base any skins on his current abilities, just in case they'll be changed or removed.
A Dunkmaster Syndra would be a hilarious April Fools skin though. But I know some Syndra mains (especially a certain avid Syndra fan) want her next skin to be something more powerful and serious, like a Coven Syndra or maybe even something in Omen Of The Dark.
Yea they had several better choices for a dunkmaster skin
