Default Summoner Icons

I believe that the default summoner icons that you acquire when starting the game should have splash updates. This idea came to my mind recently when my friend had just started League. He was choosing his Icon when I realized how old they are compared to the icons you see when left-clicking on a minion (or the art style is different from today's).
