@Riot, Will SSW Skins Ever Come Back?

I was just wanting to know if you guys will ever make the old SSW skins, SKT skins, etc. available again.

Reason why is because SSW Singed is freaking awesome and has the coolest shield and outfit ever. I really want that skin.

Any plans to reopen these kinds of world champion skins for a limited time again?

Yes, usually around MSI or Worlds I believe

Yes. All the world champion skins return every so often. Sometime during summer, and around the World Championship Series.
