EDIT:*VU update, not VFX
You see champs like

getting VFX updates, and 
with a recolor, and they look sooper nice. But then i play 
with the Full Metal skin........
and im.....less than impressed....
He needs VU. Im not saying other champs dont need them either, but Pan still looks like he belongs in League's pre-hugely-popular era.
Dude, he needs a VU.
Um, Cho'Gath haven't got a VFX update. :P Anyways, I'd prefer Panth to get a full VU, rather than a simple VFX update, especially when he doesn't have as much "special""magical" VFX as Morgana or Ryze- I mean, it's mostly spears, not like it's a huge ball of energy that he attacks with or anything.
He needs a full Visual Rework, and badly.
Pantheon has that megaman-feet syndrome common with the old style of league, and it doesn't really fit in anymore. He could use a VU.
