Wouldnt it be Nice though for riot to allow us to Change the map of summoners rift? Like when you Play a Blood moon Skin, You get a blood moon styled map, Like darkstar, Star Guardian and so on.

Although I clicked yes I think your suggestion would be too much work.
But season and region themed maps would be nice. Seasonal themes being locked by the actual season IRL and regions on the shop!
Imagine playing in a Shuriman, Noxian, Ionian or Demacian themed SR-Map...drool
Map Skins should be sold in the marketplace and giving option to change, same with announcer packs
They would have to make it different to normal skins in that it only shows on your screen so your choice doesn't hamper other players visually or because they dislike that map theme, but I think LoL loads the same map and champions (skins) for everyone so I don't know if it would work.
