Last skin Vladimir got was like 3 years ago, he doesnt even have Chromas. Has Riot forgotten about him? A HD visual rework would be nice. As a fellow Vladimir main i want to throw all my money at a new vladi skin but i cant. Please riot fix. At least he has a sticker.......[vlad-salute]

It wouldn't surprise me if Vlad is on the list for a visual&gameplay update at this point,which would make him unable to get a skin under normal circumstances(exceptions can still happen if he'd fit a theme too well,like safecracker eve or Pentakill kayle).
Though if he is on said list,then I doubt that he'd be pretty high on it,so I wouldn't expect a big update for him before 2019
