Should Kayn get another splash art?
I mean,he is one of the only newly added champs that doesn't have a animated wallpaper

As other mentioned, he had 2 logins.
I personally didn't like his login screens. I was never really a fan of the type where, like... it animates into an action shot, but then the action stops in freeze frame except for like cloaks billowing or particles. The Rhaast login is a perfect example
Personally, if not his Splash art, I think the shot from his teaser with Rhaast and the Shadow Assassin on the wall behind him would have been a perfect single login screen
No he doesn't need a new splash because he doesn't have 'an animated wallpaper' lol
riot don't specifically make animated wallpapers, they make animations for login screens; if you're asking because of the wallpaper app they'll probably update it eventually.
