I loved watching these art spotlights, until they stopped making them 
. it would be really awesome if they could be brought back. I understand Riot is busy with other work, but it would be really cool if they could bring it back, and if they could also show the art of skins.
I'm pretty sure that they said that it's not really up for discussion because the process of recording this was taking too much resources and time (making sure that the recording is working properly, having to edit, etc etc) and because nowdays splashes take a lot longer than they used to and that there are a lot of scrapped splashes that we don't get to see (again, extra effort of recording all the process of every scrapped splash could be pretty exhausting for the artists too), and the fact that some splashes nowdays aren't being worked on by only one person.
i would honestly kill to see the process behind Tahm Kench's Master Chef skin
