With the release of the project skins, i have been wondering ... What if Yasuo is not really a "Project" ? In the trailer or in-game we can see Yi or Zed have becoming a full "Project" - A Full Machine . But we can see through Yasuo taunt or "dance" , he showed his face , and that mean he is still a human in a "Project" armor, different than anyone .Maybe there is an secret organization which turn other into killing machine or something Yasuo don't agree with the "Project" and fight aigaist it . Maybe this is just a theory but it will be cool if Riots can developed a plot out of it . What do you think ? ( first post and sorry for bad English)

They are all essentially just cyborgs. Look at one of project lucians arms and you can still see skin. and I think part of why yasuos face is still there is because it was the first project skin before they planned this whole thing out. They have taken alot of inpsiration from metal gear rising where there are cyborg samurai and ninja. For project yasuo, as seen in his back animation where he attaches his sword to his foot, like the main character of metal gear rising.
