I've seen a lot of threads discussing the most powerful champion lore-wise, but never one like this.
Personally my vote goes to Poppy. She may be brave, but courage and a smith's hammer won't do shit against magical power like xerath or technology like heimer or viktor.
What do you guys think?

In a game filled with extra-dimensional monsters, cyborgs, liches and the like, Fizz is just some weird sea creature with a trident.
Basically has time cancer.
In terms of writing quality, I would say Cassiopeia's current lore. Its internal logic contradicts itself while also contradicting the internal logic of the setting. People spend more time discussing how little sense it makes than any of the events in it.
Evelynn and Shaco also suffer from the problem where they're both shady assassin dudes who stab people, with very little explanation as to why. Those two simply exist. At least Rammus has his cactus to provide some depth.
Anyone who got a 2 sentence lore update.

I always felt like graves was a bit underpowered, just a conman with a shotgun.Though i guess that just makes it that much more sweet when he succeeds and get twisted fate.
Amumu. He's so bad nobody even wants to be around him.
His power is literally just being sad.
I always thought Annie's lore was a bit too vague. We hardly know anything about her from her lore. What we get is mostly information on her parents. I think her lore needs a bit of expansion.
Garen. His lore is two paragraphs and a little more than one paragraph is about Katarina. And the little we do have on garen is one-noted and unintersting. As a Garen fan, his lore is not satisfying
