Location of Stories in Runeterra?

This is a question more for the Developers of the LOL universe page than anything; but I was wondering where in Ionia does the Broken Blade story-line take place? More specifically: -where is the farm that riven lives? -where is the village in which she is held trial? -where is the temple that Elder Sama is killed?

Riot needs to place all the past stories on the map page, so that we can visualize where it all happened.

I did some job locating stories when the map came out:

First part: Shurima Second part: Demacia Third Part: Noxus

I pretend to do what's left when I return from my holidays in September. First Ionia, then probably (if we have new updated lore) Freljord.
