Weird whispering

Hey, today I was spectating a game and was hearing random whispering occasionally in game. It was incoherent gibberish to me but it sound like something Evelyn would say. Or well something of the sorts, is this a teaser for a new champ or her upcoming rework. I know in the past for new champs they have done something like this. Like with kindred with the yin and yang like symbol going above your head when you died. Or for Kled the brush rustling and then Skarl screeching or something along the lines of that. I tried to hit the record button in league but every time i play back the recording it's just static noise and it really hurts. I uploaded a video trying to get rid of it, but to no avail. If anyone knows or heard anything about this please let me know I don't want to feel like I am hearing random voices in my head.
