Orianna design flaw (Lore related)

's new lore stated that when she left her father with her new robotic heart she removed the key in her back that made her robotic lungs work but if so then why does she still have the key in-game and in her splash art I wonder if this could be changed or if the lore is completely separate from the game.

Also as a note for the lore why is it that hearts make the people who they are like for instance , in her lore, Hakim Naderi, the augment-er for Camille, worried that if he removed Camille's heart he would eradicate the love between them but in reality this type of thing takes place in the brain. I don't really know if it's just a story trope or what but it just doesn't make sense.
