Is Tencent a one of controling a lore?
League of Legends became own by Tencent. Is Tencent can be one who control the lore too? Mean they can ask RIOT lore team to make lore for them.

Riot was an investment opportunity; it's in Tencent's best interest to not meddle with the day-to-day and just reap the rewards.

While Tencent owns Riot Games, and any product they produce, they don't have a direct hand in which direction the game is headed. Whether that's in-game or in-universe based. Riot was an investment by Tencent to get into the western media video game market. Tencent like to add and collect things, as they are generally a holding company. They've added stock percentage ownership to other western video-game corporations such as Epic Games & Activision-Blizzard. They're essentially the company that hold the largest video game stock ownership in the world.
Assuming Tencent does have a say in Riot's daily affairs, I doubt they'd demand lore be written faster and timetables pushed up.
Lore, worldbuilding, and all that stuff isn't as effective for marketing than CG short films, splash arts, nor do they push skin sales or more tournament streams. You can't make a fancy chart to show a boardroom of stockholders how the new lore piece increased sales of Ahri's new skin by 2%.
Good writing and worldbuilding can cement a franchise legacy for decades. Look at Warcraft, Warhammer, Game of Thrones, Star Trek... entire fandoms born pretty much because of an engaging medium and well written stories with characters people constantly try to emulate.
League has a lot of fanart, but almost no fanfiction of note. It's a good reflection of the fanbase.
If anything, Tencent would demand Riot make more sexually-charged fanarts because those pushes sales like no other. That and male wishful-ment champs like Yasuo.
