Why no new lines for Miss Fortune?

With her visual update and new juicy additions to her (and Bilgewater's) lore, why did Miss Fortune not get a voice over with new lines? I think it'd be fine if she kept the same voice/voice actor, but if she received new voice lines like, I don't know, Cassiopeia on her update, it would have been amazing. I feel as though she deserves at least some champion interactions, considering this massive event and the new Gangplank/ Graves/ Twisted Fate stories... And she still mentions summoners :/ Is it not possible Riot? Or was there something stopping you? I really think that it would have been exciting.
