Rioters and the snowday forms said that all Christmas and normal legacy skins will be available on the dec 10, this morning I got realy hyped but BAM wtf riot the skins aren't available so ya pls hurry I waited for 20 fkin days
Well it's about 7AM over where Riot is currently, it's likely the person who turns the sale on isn't actually at work yet to do it, you need to wait until about Noon EST, like you typically do with anything sale related.
