I bet she can. Everyone saying she is only snake half way down, she has snake eyes and spits venom. Likely has that snake tongue too mmm. I bet she has a lot more snake attributes/talents.

What a question. Judging from studying her anatomy, you could say no. Because it seems only the lower half is.
However , since she has gained snake abilities it's not impossible that she wouldn't be able to. I'm willing to bet Cass probably _does _ do this with the prey she stalk like that guy in her short story. But she didn't eat him. We can't assume that only her legs changed during the transformation.
