Using Japanese Voice-Files bannable?

I thinking about installing the Japanese Voice-Files via Wooxy... but... is it bannable?

A friend of mine told me that his friend got banned for using these voice-files

Riot said that he wasn't allowed to change/modify the Client's files... (I don't get it... custom skins are allowed too? And a Voice-Over does not give you any advantage in anything)

Anyone has a clue wheather its legal or illegal?

Please with source....

You won't get banned for this, I used to use the Korean voice pack, all you're doing is swapping out the English pack for another pack that is also made by Riot, since they made both they aren't going to care which one you use.

If you do somehow get banned for it, submit a support ticket and call Riot out on it. Make sure you tell them "this is supposed to be legal!"

Could there please be an actual Rioter answer on this subject? Pretty please? D;

I'm tired of both sides saying random things based on what they've "seen" or "heard" from "someone somewhere". Half of the players say it's fine "because I think so" and the other half says "A rioter said it's at your own risk and you might get banned/a friend of a friend of a friend's cat got banned for it!!1!".

Nobody who's said "a Rioter said" has linked any kind of source at all. ._. Everyone's just posting without sources and citing hearsay and opinions as facts.

It would be cool to use that program thing because I feel left out of my friends' jokes about the voices but I care about my account enough to not leave it up to random chance and maybe get banned. That's all.
