King Rammus Updated Splashart?
Not sure why this skin hasn't been updated considering many of the other Legacy/Limited Skins have been updated such as UFO Corki and the URF Warwick Skin :(

Urf warwick was updated because Warwick received a VGU(same goes for human Ryze) Ufo Corki was just plain lucky that there was a rioter who wanted to make a new splash art for it during the time where they didn't organize the splash art update process.
Nowadays they update the skin splashes whenever a champ gets a visual&gameplay update(the next VGUs will be Urgot and Evelynn) and they also go back to champs who received visual updates in the past,but didn't get splash art updates back then(its been confirmed that maokai and Sejuani will get the next skin splash updates,because they'll be included in the tankupdate as well)
There was a time where they did the splashes based on personal preference and they still have a few unfinished splash arts from that time,which is why we got updates to count vladimir,vandal brand and the aforementioned Ufo corki,but those are rather random and not really predictable.
Also Rammus is actually on the list for a VGU,so he will likely receive a splash update when he gets his VGU.
