I've had this skin for a long time, yet I don't know why it is labeled as legendary with that high price. Is this going to get some visual upgrade along with particles or stay overpriced forever? I love the skin but it ain't worth its price

It was the first skin with a full voiceover. That justified its price at the time, and riot early rarely changes there prices. Pfe is not at current ultimate skin level but its price is the same too.
