Does anyone know where the new rune assets are located?

I wasn't sure which board to ask this question, however since I am trying to find the images for the new runes within the Alpha Client (such as this compared to the old version), I thought the "Art" board would be the place to go. I am trying to create a program for my personal use that would let me create a rune page similarly to in the client, but which would allow me to choose which runes to purchase for the greatest effect! I have looked everywhere I could think of within the Riot Games folder on my computer, as well as DataDragon, however I cannot find where these files are located. The only place I have found them are on the League of Legends Wikia, however obtaining them from there is not sustainable.
