Does the star guardians effect of them flying when they're going fast permanently in the game or it's only for a limited amount of time?

I assume as long as you have the skin, thats how the "ghost" animation will look like.

I swear that I have got Lulu to do it with her Whimsy ability, ... but I may have been drunk.

Since I saw someone else ask this I have tested Janna and Jinx and they were not able to do it with a lot of movement speed and ghost active.

So sadly, I want to say no, they are not able to do it other than the initial ghost at the start of the game, and with homeguards

and homeguards may be going away ( T . T )

I believe Lulu's Whimsy is the only spell I've seen in the game that triggers a "Homeguard" move animation. I think this is due to the way that they wanted her to hop on her staff when she used it on herself.
