Malzahar is getting a splash art update with the mid year mage update. Are the rest of the main 6 getting a splash update, or is Malzahar the only one? Please respond Riot.

Vlad and Brand got a new splash art back in 2012, Zyra was also released that year

Vel'Koz relased back in 2014 so he's fairly new, Cassiopeia also got a new splash art during that year alongside Akali and Orianna

Annie got her's in 2013

so i'd say they are in a pretty good shape for base splash arts

this means only Malzahar gets a splash update because he's been using the Chinese art since 2012 (same time as Alistar, Galio and Fiddlesticks)
