The Fate of Varus

So, quite a few things were revealed when Kayne and Rhaast were released. Going by the lines given from Rhaast interacting with Varus, it's revealed that Pallas was actually a Darkin sealed away long ago, now better known as Corruption. This leaves three questions that need answers.

Is the Corruption spreading over Varus actually Pallas him/herself like how Kayne's arm seems to have been taken by Rhaast?
Is their relationship different? The seals on the Corruption perhaps weakening Pallas to the point where he/she can not take control, and instead is content with sharing the body with Varus?
Is a possible voice-line change coming to Varus in the future like with what happened to Lux? Only with the voice of Corruption added to it?

If any Rioters see this, input would be greatly appreciated! All the Darkin-related champions (even Aatrox) are amongst my favorites, and I'm awaiting the day we possibly get more Darkin characters for Support and Mid-Lane (Perhaps Mages?)!

Also if

Rhaast = Death Aatrox = War Does Varus = Pestilence (Blight)?

I totally forgot about Varus' lore, it was actually one of my favorites when I was new to the game. I hope they go for a 4 Horsemen of the Apocolypse theme for the Darkin, unsure what they'd do with the fifth one though. I really hope to see more Voiceover updates in the future. Also to tackle your third question somewhat, Varus' base voice already has a corruption filter. To hear his voice uncorrupted listen to Arclight Varus.

I don't think that Pallas and Varus are fighting like Kayne and Rhaast are. I would guess that they made a deal along the lines of "help me kill every single Noxian and I'll let you free". Classical bad wish, Doesn't say that Varus can't be killed, or that they can only kill Noxians. So now Varus is using the time he has before the corruption takes over completely to kill as many Noxians as possible.

Until his name is changed to Paallas, Pallaas, or Paallaas, I won't recognize him as a Darkin.

It sucks because Varus isn't going to get a visual update in a loooooong time. Actually maybe it won't take long. Other champions need VGU / reworks but Varus has a pretty solid kit (could be better cause Riot really butchered his poke play style) so all he needs is new art.
