I agree with a lot of you guys, I didn't think the face looked quite right. Soooo, I tried my own little photoshop edit. :3 In this, I tried to make her face more rounded-out. I enjoy how she looks young in her original and skins, like an early twenty year old woman, so I thought she should still look that way in her splash. In this WIP, she looks... not like Katarina. I also experimented moving her leg around, because it looked in a really weird, bent position in the original. I know it got extremely smudgey and lost the detail, but the position of it, I don't know. Does it look more natural? And lastly, the hair. I just deepened the redness of it, it seemed a bit too pink in t he original imho.

So, what are your thoughts on my small edit? :3 ~Flame -Please note I am a complete noobscrub at Photoshop and have next to zero experience; don't be too harsh.. lol. summoner 21 Cheeers summoner 21

meh I like the eyes better on the current one, maybe too dark for the icon screen but still the eyes represent she isn't putting 20 tons of make up on to hid it and she is an assassin so she might be staying up all night to get kills. Hence the heavy eye bags.

Hair color change is good. Your face needs more detail/shadows, you made it looks too smooth, so it looks flat. Leg position is not needed, dunno why everyone insists the leg is off, she's in mid spin.

I prefer the before one, honestly. I like that she isn't a swingin 20 something. She looks experienced, like she earned that scar on her face. In the after the pretty face is just too out of place for me for someone of her character. Katarina is cutthroat and a villian, not an anti-hero in the middle of anime.

You improved it a little bit. You can only polish a turd so much.
