The thing about fictional characters in a "handdrawn" graphics is that they do not have to really care about human anatomy beyond the basics. You don't see people complaining about male characters' muscles being too exaggerated, now do you? Unless it's the new Varus' splash art, and only because his upper body is twice the size of his lower body that makes it a bit too much.

Also, I don't get why cleavage means the breasts need to get smaller. Let's not forget what the point of cleavage is, what you're saying here is identical to requesting male characters to be more skinny or more out of shape the less cloth they wear.

Sexualisation of characters itself is also IN ITSELF not a problem, given the original point of sexualisation while can be pandering, it's also a way to celebrate human bodies in ways similar to those classical nude statues do. I typically do not get the extreme aversion people have towards sexualisation of characters, and only female characters too for some odd reason, I'd thought Victorian era is history. But even if you have to harp on it, it's not like the sexualisation doesn't make sense, given MF has always meant to be a sex bomb, or at least that's how she present herself as, hence there is nothing wrong with this skin's general direction. If you have to blame, blame the fact Riot choose to give this skin to MF, not that this skin is sexualised on a sex symbol character.
