Jhin already has four skins.
Adding any more would be tainting Perfection.
Although Phantom would be a perfect fit for him, he REALLY does not need any more skins. He's gotten three skins this year alone, and anyone who plays him can choose between three (sometimes four) 1350 skins! And this is coming from a Jhin main!
No skins for Jhin. Down voting every post about Jhin skins for the calendar year. Last year he was the golden child, time to wait.

pls rework the skin jhin west because the new skin or urgot and tresh are more beautiful than jhin but theyr are in the same price
