Will I get a strike if I use this track?

So I'm planning to make an outtro about 10 seconds long for a YT video and was wondering if i monetize my video with this track in it will I get a Strike? I'm not sure on how to find out if I will or not. I've read the Legal Jibber Jabber but I'm dumb and still can't figure it out lol. (Too early for this shit, It's 4 AM right now lmao.)
