In Evelynn's new color story it is mentioned that the man she stalked had two little children. Is it possible that eve murdered their parents and that's how Vi and Jinx ended up on the streets?
Warwick backstory as a cutthroat and his interaction with jinx hints more him being the likely link or culprit of jinx’s and(likely but not yet fully confirmed) vi parents absence
Eve killed a lot of people...not really easy to pin point a champion relations other than the obvious one that comes from Vaynes perspective as of yet. She killed a lot of people, the two kids could be anyone not particularly special (not a champion).
Seeing as she's murdering parents in a highly prolific district, that places her in either Piltover or Demacia. Considering that there's one already connected champ who had her parents murdered, is say Vayne more so.
The way it was written, I assumed that it takes place in Bilgewater, that would speak against the theory.
The reasons I thought this is the mentioning of alot of taverns and the term "wretched backwater". It definitely wasn't Piltover and Zaun seems unlikely, no mentioning of any augmentation...
