TL;DR: How was Aatrox's new Voice and World Ender Sound Engineered/ Made?

So I recently became an Aatrox main and got him to level 7 quite quickly. Upon reviewing his kit and overall reworked look (since I used to play him lightly before his rework but not nearly as much as I do now) I was blown away at how monstrous and demonic his voice and sfx sounds (specifically his ult activation sound) Does anyone have any idea how they may have engineered his voice and/ or the World Ender sound effect?

For the quotes specifically you can hear it quite clearly: "Challenge me, mortals, I am here!" and "Kneel, Mortals; so I may split your shoulders from your spine!"

P.S. If a rioter who worked on his rework reads this, well frickin' done on EVERYTHING about him, I absolutely love everything about him.

I was the sound designer who did the processing for the Aatrox VO update. The processing was pretty simple. I duplicated his voice three times. One was panned to the center, and the other voices panned left and right. The center voice is pitched down 2 semitones. This is the main part of the voice. The left channel is pitched down 8 semitones and the right channel is pitched down 6 semitones. The left channel is also delayed by 15 milliseconds. There was also the standard EQ, Compression and reverb applied. To add the extra bass boom to his voice I made a separate send and ran it through Rbass and Loair.
Most of the awesomeness comes from the actors performance. His voice naturally had that nice bite to it.

I would love to learn how they engineered his voice as well! His voice has such a domineering and imposing quality, demonic is certainly the right word, I really like his voice. Definitely agree with your P.S. too!

All the effort that the VA put into aatrox's delivery, it's a real shame their name was withheld.
