New Veigar VFX on staff applied to base skin only
WIth the new VFX update Veigar looks better than ever, but something i noticed is that they have added a new VFX electrical sort of charge to his staff on his base skin, but only his base skin. It doesn't show up on any other skins.
as you can see in this provided picture. I didn't change any settings between pictures.
I was wondering if this was an oversite or on purpose. If it was on purpose I'd like to petition it changed and added to the other skins. Especially if possible colour changed for the different skins. If not that's fine as well.
