Something just dawned on me today, what if the reason why we don't have as much lore, and why Summoners were disconnected from League, is the game that they are working on to make Riot into Riot Games is an RPG? I would be psyched about that, but your thoughts?
All the lore completely strayed away from them with their personal connection to LoL and why they joined it and became just their normal bio. I wouldn't say it's an RPG tho.
I would play it, but from bits I've read, I don't think they're heading in that direction. It seems to me like they're trying to hit the latest game fads. (They tried to make a card game ala Hearthstone, but ended up scrapping it.) It would be pretty awesome if they did end up making one. I would definitely play it.
