Sweet Pulsefire Cait short animation

This is probably first time there was talking in the animated shorts for newly release skins.~~ The Queen of the awok- ~~I mean- the Sheriff of Piltover get's a really nice monologue that really shows her personality in the Pulsefire skin and leaves a little wanting for more.

This is also one step closer of hoping that we can see Caitlyn or any other Piltover champ in a full blown 3D cinematic someday, and I'll take the short animation as satisfied alternative for now.
