Its been Ten days since you couldn't be able to unlock it. Ive gotten the Poroking icon but not the Snow Day Scuttler. When will it be available?

I really don't know. I've been wondering the same thing because I gifted during the Snowdown and I still haven't gotten the icon yet. I've also gotten the Poro King icon, but not the Snowday Scuttler icon. I really hope Riot gives everyone who gifted during the event the icon soon
