Riot make skins for teemo (again) or the others who have pretty much skins, but illaoi who was released 11/24/2015 has only 1 skin, kind of unfair and sad. Seems like they forgot about her

Teemo gets the skin because its halloween and that skin is pretty much the best thing they could make for halloween.

Illaoi will likely get a skin in the following patches,its not unheard of champs needing to wait a year for their first skin.

Jayce, Karthus, Sejuani, Bard, Nasus, Hecarim, Nautilius Trundle. These are the skins for upcoming patches. Not necessarily 1 year. Tahm kench got one already
